Before co-founding RA!, Richard spent years sharpening his skills in advertising, creating impactful campaigns for brands like The ONION Inc. His ability to build meaningful connections and tell compelling stories helped him thrive in the fast-paced world of marketing.

With over 15 years in investment real estate, Richard knows a thing or two about navigating complex deals, building trust, and reading the market. That same strategic mindset is now channeled into growing RA! with intention and integrity.

A long-time advocate for the hemp plant, Richard is passionate about demystifying its benefits and helping people discover how it can support a more balanced life. Whether he’s talking with retailers, customers, or new partners, his approach is always the same—real, relatable, and rooted in care.

AllA

Alla’s journey with plants started over 25 years ago, back in the late ’90s as an herbalist in California. Since then, she’s been on a mission to share the healing power of nature—crafting remedies that are as effective as they are rooted in tradition.

As the founder of Nessalla, the world’s first craft kombucha company, Alla helped shape the modern wellness beverage movement before it was even a thing. Her vision and drive set a new standard, proving that health-focused drinks could also be bold, beautiful, and wildly flavorful.

Blending old-world herbal wisdom with modern-day innovation, Alla is known for creating custom remedies using locally sourced plants—always with deep respect for the earth and the communities she serves.

With a Master of Science in Nursing and years of experience as a neurosurgical nurse practitioner, Tina brings a profound understanding of the brain, body, and what it truly means to heal. Her background in functional medicine and the endocannabinoid system fuels her passion for plant-based wellness and whole-body vitality.

Tina is also a connector—she thrives on building meaningful relationships with local businesses and championing collaborations that lift everyone up. Her entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership help drive RA!’s growth while keeping the mission grounded in community.
