One of the most common questions we get—and one Mike immediately asked—is: How are we legal in Wisconsin?

We clarified that our products are not categorized as recreational cannabis (like in Illinois or Michigan). Our legality stems directly from the 2018 Farm Act, which legalized hemp as an agricultural crop. Crucially:

• Our products are hemp-derived.
• We strictly adhere to the federal limit of 0.3% THC by dry weight.
• This distinction allows us to bring the power of the cannabis plant to adults 21 and older in Wisconsin and across the country.

Our Connection to Epilepsy: The “Therapeutic Response”

Our partnership with Joey’s Song is deeply personal. As a company focused on holistic health, we want to support families dealing with severe epilepsy. We were clear that our products are not a cure, but we strongly believe in their potential to create a “therapeutic response” against some common symptoms associated with the disorder.

We spoke about how certain botanicals we use—including specific hemp compounds—can help:

• Reduce inflammation, which is often a factor in neurological issues.
• Nourish the nervous system using supporting herbs like oat straw and chamomile.

We emphasized that transparency and trust are the foundation of RA! Wellness. As we rapidly expand—moving beyond our initial garage concept to working with major statewide distributors—we remain committed to our core values:

• Purity and Sourcing: Our hemp is Wisconsin-grown and processed. We use a proprietary, gentle extraction method to ensure our final product is pure, without harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.
• Education: We see ourselves as educators, working hard to break down the stigma surrounding hemp and THC. We’ve seen incredible reception from venues like functional medicine clinics, spas, and hotels—showing that people are actively seeking healthier, non-alcoholic wellness choices.

The RA! Cares Mission: Supporting Joey’s Song Families

Finally, we were thrilled to use the podcast as a platform to announce our renewed commitment through our RA! Cares initiative.

We are pledging to donate 25% of all online sales made from November 1st until the annual Joey’s Song event directly to the charity. Even after the event, we will maintain a special “Joey’s Song package” on our website year-round, with 25% of the proceeds from that specific product always going to support their mission to fund epilepsy treatments and cures.
